We are looking for a candidate with strong administrative skills to support
our Communications team. Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- preparing reports, collateral materials and presentations, customer correspondence/customer relations
- maintenance of Communications Team calendar, scheduling of meetings, and arranging catering and other meeting logistics as needed
- Assisting with the team budget, placing supply orders for the team and generating requests for payment.
- In conjunction with our web communications specialist, ensures that online content is up-to-date and coordinates the efforts of multiple content contributors from across the company
- Assists with the coordination of department projects including managing and negotiating with vendors and interfacing with printers
