Communications Administrative Support Opportunity!


We are looking for a candidate with strong administrative skills to support our Communications team.  Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
  •  preparing reports, collateral materials and presentations, customer correspondence/customer relations
  • maintenance of  Communications Team calendar, scheduling of meetings, and arranging catering and other meeting logistics as needed
  • Assisting with the team budget, placing supply orders for the team and generating requests for payment.
  • In conjunction with our web communications specialist, ensures that online content is up-to-date and coordinates the efforts of multiple content contributors from across the company 
  • Assists with the coordination of department projects including managing and negotiating with vendors and interfacing with printers 
For the Communications Administrative Assistant position you'll most likely have an Associates Degree in Business, Communications or equivalent experience along with 3-5 years related experience in administrative work. Candidates should also have strong skills in office technology including Microsoft Office and be able to type a minimum of 55 words per minute (which is far faster than the speed at which I am writing this blog!).
