I wish I could tell you that we "always post here or there" but given the fluidity of the web it depends on what makes sense at the time. HotJobs (now affiliated with Monster).
For specialty positions we will often advertise the job on the local professional association's website. For example, Loss Prevention (safety) positions routinely are posted on the Colorado Chapter of the American Society of Safety Engineers (http://www.coloradoasse.org/). Recently we have also started advertising positions on the Denver Craigslist site with good success. Though large job sites such as Monster may eventually pick up our job announcements we generally avoid these larger national sites as we tend to target candidates in the local Colorado area. We also sometimes utilize a couple of locally focused sites including Jobing and Andrew Hudson's Jobs List for certain types of positions.
